We are working as fast as we can to ship orders in our normally processing time of 3 business days (and 1 week for custom products like rotary). We may get 1-2 days behind sometimes due to high demand and current conditions. Please patiently wait the extra time before contacting us for a status update. International Order hasn't shipped yet? We're evaluating other shipping carriers so that we get your items to you in a quicker fashion since USPS is being very slow. Feel free to contact us for more information specific to your order.

Did you order something that is now showing as out of stock? All of our inventory is tracked and reserved for you when you order, so things should be ok, and you just need to wait for your order to ship.

PLEASE READ:

  • We ship to most countries. You can calculate the exact shipping cost in Cart/ Checkout.
  • The transit time estimate will be shown for international orders. This is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
  • When you place your order successfully you should receive a "Payment received for your order" email. Please check your Promotions or Spam email folders as it may end up there.
  • Orders will be packed and shipped out within 3 business days. Please be aware of any U.S. Holidays that may add to this time.
  • Once your order ships you will receive a "Your Cohesion3D order is now complete" email. This will contain your LightBurn Software Key if you ordered one and possibly the shipping tracking #. If there is no tracking # in this email, you should receive a separate email from ShippingEasy with the tracking info. Please check your Promotions or Spam email folders as it may end up there.
  • Once you have your tracking #, please allow up to 24 hours before you see any activity on the tracking website.

More than half the emails we receive are about questions such as "When will my order ship?" or "Where is my LightBurn License Key?" and, as a small company, these take a huge amount of our time to answer. Please do not contact us unless it has been 4 U.S. business days since you placed your order, you have checked your Spam and Promotions email folders, and you have not received an "Order Complete" email yet.

PLEASE READ:

  • For a new order containing a LightBurn License Key, it will be sent to you in the "Your Cohesion3D order is now complete" email after your order ships. This is all done via an automated system and it is not possible for us to send you your license key sooner than that.
  • If you would like to request additional seats for your license, or need help changing computers, please contact LightBurn Software Support with your license key via the email on their Contact Page.
  • If you need help recovering your key, please search your email for any messages from Cohesion3D first. If you cannot find it, please email us with as much information as you can so that we can attempt to find your order information in our system.
