Do you need assistance with upgrading or building a unique machine that our instructions don’t cover?  Perhaps you just want a more personalized and individual level of communication than our community support can offer. 


Here we offer up to 1 hour of one on one assistance over Phone, Screen Sharing, or Messenger. 


For example, if you are upgrading a laser cutter, you could begin the wiring yourself, then have us review it by sending pictures over Messenger, and use any remaining time to have us give you a walkthrough of the LightBurn software by screen sharing/ remote control of your computer. 


This is also the hourly rate for any other technical support or engineering work that you may need including custom machine implementations, help configuring advanced features, or any other “fun stuff”.
